PMG Generation Fund (the Fund) is now PMG's second-largest fund. With properties located within main metropolitan cities across New Zealand, the Fund is further underpinned by notable national and multinational tenants, including some that are classed as essential services.
The Fund's strategy is to grow a portfolio of strategically selected assets that provide building, tenant, sector and geographic diversification. It does this by having industrial and large format retail properties located in Tauranga, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch.
A great feature of the Fund is the ability to reinvest your distributions from any PMG fund into additional PMG Generation Fund units (subject to availability), allowing investors to reap the rewards of compounding returns.
