PMG Update on COVID-19 Alert Levels 2 and 4

As per the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday, everywhere in New Zealand outside of Auckland is moving to COVID-19 Alert Level 2 from 11.59pm on Tuesday, 7 September. Auckland remains in Alert Level 4. This status will be reviewed again on Monday, 13 September.

Here at PMG, our thoughts are with those in Auckland who are doing the hard yards for all of NZ to keep us safe. Thank you.

Level 2 brings some big changes in freedom to operate and is a real signal we are returning to business as usual for those outside of Auckland, providing a boost to our economy and our morale as we head back to work.

At PMG, our Tauranga and Christchurch offices will re-open on Wednesday. While we are encouraging a return to ‘normal’, our priority is the health and well-being of our staff, investors, tenants and suppliers. COVID-19 is still out there, and personal responsibility and safety are of great importance. We are committed to following all public health guidelines, including continuing to minimise face-to-face interaction where technology can take its place, social distancing within the office, and record-keeping for all who enter our premises.

Our Auckland team will continue to work remotely from home and remain available to our investors and tenants by phone, email and video conferencing.

Our internal COVID-19 Response Team continues to monitor the developments closely and we will provide you with updates as the situation changes. Please keep an eye on our website for up-to-date information from PMG. If you have any queries or concerns, as always, our team is only a phone call away.

Stay safe and take care.
