PMG Update on COVID-19 Alert Levels 3 and 4

PMG welcomes the Government’s announcement to move parts of New Zealand out of a  COVID-19 Alert Level 4 lockdown next week. All of New Zealand, South of the Auckland boundary, will move to Alert Level 3 at 11.59pm on Tuesday, 31 August. Auckland and the wider Northland region will remain in Alert Level 4 for now.

PMG is confident that this move will see our economy shift up a gear as more businesses are able to recommence operations, albeit with restrictions.

At PMG, our offices will remain temporarily closed, however, all our business operations will continue in a remote manner with our team working seamlessly from home. During this time, we will continue to be available to all of our investors and tenants by phone, email and video conferencing.

The health and well-being of our staff, investors, tenants and suppliers remains, as always, our highest priority and our internal COVID-19 Response Team continues to monitor the developments closely.

Despite how tenuous things appear right now, we will return to normalcy in time. While PMG and our funds are not immune to these events, your investments and our properties are in experienced and proactive hands.

This recent change in Alert Level is a positive step in the right direction, and we look forward to getting back into the office when it is safe to do so.

We will continue to provide you with updates as events unfold. Please do continue to keep an eye on our website for up-to-date information from PMG. As always, our team is only a phone call away. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Stay safe and take care.
