Announcement From 360 Capital to ASX

Last year PMG partnered with listed Australia based investment and funds manager, 360 Capital, through its parent company PMG Holdings Limited. This partnership was impart an opportunity for PMG to continue to grow sustainably and have the ability to acquire high-quality New Zealand property swiftly.

Recently, 360 Capital, announced to the ASX some impending changes to its funds, with a view to growing its portfolio of funds under management. These changes present further exciting opportunities for PMG, to access capital and quality assets for our five unlisted commercial property funds.

Following due diligence and the satisfaction of a number of conditions, 360 Capital intends to transfer their holding in PMG Holdings Limited from one of their property entities into their main group entity. This is in line with their refreshed strategy of growing funds under management within the group. Currently, PMG sits within 360 Capital REIT which is focussed on investing directly into real estate.

In addition, 360 Capital, in partnership with Charter Hall (a leading property investment management company), has a take-over offer on the table for ASX Listed property funds manager, Irongate (a multi-sector property investment and asset management company). Should the deal proceed, this would see 360 Capital take ownership of several significant office building assets in Australia and New Zealand. This transaction is in line with PMG’s strategy to build on our strong partnership with 360 Capital to create the opportunity to continue to secure high quality real estate for our unlisted funds, continuing to build income resilience and therefore sustainable cash returns for investors.

We will keep PMG investors updated on these developments.
