PMG’s Response to Alert Levels 3 and 2.

COVID-19 Update

As you will be aware at midday on 12 August 2020, Auckland was placed into Alert Level 3 lockdown and the rest of New Zealand to Level 2, by the New Zealand Government. (A full description of what this means for people and businesses under Alert Levels 3 and 2 can be found here) .

PMG Auckland team and contacts have transitioned to working from home

In response to the Government’s announcements, PMG has taken immediate action. All PMG employees and contractors based in our Auckland office and any employees who had been in the Auckland region in the last week are now working from home.

Meetings may be postponed or moved online

In our other locations around the country we have reduced visitors as much as possible and are following the Government’s social distancing guidelines. If you are due to meet with any of the PMG team in the next few days please be aware we may need to conduct this meeting virtually or over the phone instead.

PMG’s Auckland Properties

We have reduced the traffic, going in and out of our properties in Auckland for the next three days. This includes reducing or stopping all non-essential planned maintenance works that are due to take place in Auckland buildings between Wednesday 12 August and Friday 14 August at midnight.

However, all Auckland buildings will remain open and tenants have access to them unless instructed otherwise. For any essential services, our contractors will wear correct PPE equipment while carrying out the works.

We are implementing contactless, mobile patrol checks in Auckland buildings to provide enhanced security over the next few days.

Non-Auckland Properties

For our properties located outside of Auckland, in Level 2 it is business as usual with no change to building services at this point. However, we will be ensuring any contractors working on or in our buildings are wearing the required PPE gear.
