Update on PMG Funds and Property Management Services

Following the Prime Minister's announcement yesterday lifting the Covid-19 alert status to level three, and notifying that it will be raised to level four by midnight on Wednesday 25 March (when all non-essential services and workers, and the general public, have been asked to isolate at home for four weeks), we wanted to provide all those we work with, with an update.

Be rest assured PMG will remain open for business and will continue to provide our clients and tenants with fund management and essential property management services by telephone, email and video conferencing throughout the next four weeks and beyond.

The entire PMG team are now effectively working from home with full access to our systems. The only change you can expect to see from us over the next four weeks is that we will not be able to meet with you in person. However, there are a number of ways we can still keep in touch. Please see these details below and feel free to email your investor relationship manager and or facilities manager as normal.

Urgent property management services which are required to maintain human health and safety are classified as an essential service by the Government. So we will still be providing our tenants and buildings with these urgent services if required throughout the lockdown period.

Your main points of contact for the PMG team remains the same and as below.

Tauranga mainline phone number 07 578 3494

Auckland mainline phone number 09 283 0222

For investors you can contact your investor relationship manager here or on 0800 219 476.

For tenants you can still contact us 24/7 via our helpline number 0800 765 349. Please continue to log your tenant service requests via our tenant online portal or email maintenance@pmgfunds.co.nz

We will continue monitoring the COVID-19 developments as they arise. We have formed an internal COVID-19 Response Group and we will keep you informed.

This is an unprecedented time for all of us, and we appreciate everyone will be focusing on the best ways to navigate this new territory. PMG remains firm and will stay the course alongside you.

Please look after yourselves and your families, and those around you in the community.
