What PMG Looks Like at Alert Level 3

After the New Zealand Government announced on Monday 20 April that we would be moving from Level 4 to 3, PMG began implementing the arrangements to ensure all staff, tenants, contractors and investors would remain safe ahead of the shift.

We prepared our properties for tenants who would need to return to work by implementing additional cleaning measures, including the installation of hand sanitisers in common areas, frequent cleaning of high touchpoints where necessary, and providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). On top of that, our Forsite health and safety Proof of Presence app (which PMG already utilises with contractors) will act as a contact tracing mechanism for all those that enter our buildings. It will also assess individuals’ travel movements and well-being with their risk assessment survey prompt.

Majority of the PMG team will remain working from home in Level 3, adhering to Government restrictions. Only a few staff members will be able to facilitate access for tenants that require maintenance or other essential operations. Within the PMG offices, we have also implemented guidelines around permission, physical distancing, a movement record, hygiene and PPE.
