The PMG Direct Childcare Fund contributes to the education of young New Zealanders through the acquisition of recently built, quality childcare centres, while providing a secure and stable income for investors due to the long-term leases of the experienced childcare operators running these centres.
To hold and grow a portfolio of Early Childhood Education (ECE) properties, diversified by region and tenant, to achieve greater resilience of income with scale.

The property is a purpose-built childcare facility in the growing township of Rolleston, located 30 minutes’ drive southwest of central Christchurch.
