To acquire quality real estate and facilitate the transfer to a PMG investment fund after either adding value, underwriting, or as a short term buy/sell transaction.
To facilitate the acquisition of quality real estate to any one of PMG’s investment funds, targeting an internal rate of return of 10% per annum.
