COVID-19 Moving to the Red Traffic Light Setting

As per the Prime Minister’s announcement on Sunday, everywhere in New Zealand has moved to the Red traffic light COVID-19 setting as of 11.59pm on Sunday, 23 January 2022.

PMG’s Vaccination Policy implemented in November 2021, alongside the PMG Business Continuity Plan implemented in January 2021, made for a smooth transition to working from home during the multiple lockdown alert levels last year.

The move into the Red setting remains, for the most part, business as usual for PMG.

Although we don’t anticipate any lockdowns being enforced there may be a need to return to remote business practices should the new Omicron variant strain start to rapidly spread.

As more information becomes available about the Government’s new three-stage approach to managing COVID-19, we will be reviewing our policies and protocols in line with advice and best practice, to ensure we continue to keep our people, tenants and communities safe as we navigate this new normal.

We will also be reviewing the impact the move to red may have on any upcoming PMG events. We will update the Events page on the PMG website and email all those that have RSVP’d to upcoming events, if circumstances change and we need to postpone.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us using the details provided below.

Stay safe and take care.
