At PMG, we embrace change as a reflection of progress and an opportunity to innovate and grow.

In line with this, we’re sharing with mixed emotions that Jamie Reid, PMG General Manager of Property, has resigned from his role to pursue other areas he is passionate about, which includes continuing his work with the PMG Charitable Trust and his recent role as Board Member for Sea Cleaners Charitable Trust.

Jamie joined PMG in 2019, initially to lead a major system upgrade. He quickly became a cornerstone of the Property team and the Executive team, significantly contributing to our growth and success.

Jamie has been an integral part of our PMG family and his contributions have left an indelible mark on our business. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership and has built a high-performing property team and enduring relationships with the industry. His commitment to our goal of being a true property partner of choice has positioned PMG well for the future.

As we bid farewell to Jamie, we are delighted to announce that we have seconded Susan Jamieson to the role of General Manager of Property and Operations, effective 1 July. Susan joined PMG in 2022 as General Manager People and Operations and has already demonstrated her extensive experience across business operations, human resources, retail and property management. Her background, including eight years managing New Zealand’s largest shopping centre, Sylvia Park, positions her perfectly to advance Jamie’s legacy in leading our Property team.

Jamie will continue with PMG until September, working closely with Susan to facilitate a smooth transition. This period will help us maintain continuity and stability within our projects and our team.

We are grateful for Jamie's contributions and unwavering commitment to PMG. His impact will endure, and we look forward to maintaining a relationship with him as part of the PMG family and alumni.
