Our approach is centered around taking educated risk across land, development, and repositioning opportunities across the commercial property spectrum of industrial, office, and large-format retail sectors to unlock and maximise value.
Target gross cash returns
PMG Capital Fund was established in 2017 and facilitates the acquisition of quality commercial property into any one of PMG’s funds generating greater
value to investors than would otherwise be achievable through long-term investment in real estate.

To acquire quality real estate and facilitate the transfer to a PMG investment fund after either adding value, underwriting, or as a short-term buy/sell transaction.
To deliver investors a pre-tax compounded annual rate of return of at least 10% per annum on capital contributions, while enabling other PMG investment funds to raise capital and acquire commercial property investments.
