Established in 2017, the PMG Direct Childcare Fund continues to deliver regular cash distribution returns, and is positioned to deliver growth in value over time. The Fund is the largest and most diversified childcare property fund in New Zealand, and includes a sector-specific portfolio of purpose-built early childhood education centres.
