Leading health & safety innovation with Forsite

Partnering with industry-leading providers enables us to achieve greater collective impact and deliver outstanding results across our business, particularly in key areas such as health and safety, sustainability and compliance.

PMG was looking for a solution to manage our H&S obligations and ensure we comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Our diversified portfolio, which includes more than 45 buildings across New Zealand, means that we manage some of our buildings remotely, and we were looking for a solution which could be easy and transparent. Forsite ticked our boxes, as it gives us visibility of contractors, as well as helping us to induct contractors to our sites. It also enables us to view all the site-specific information through the app, such as site-specific hazard registers, site plans, asbestos management plans and any other relevant information contractors before working on site.

“Our collaboration with Forsite has significantly enhanced our ability to ensure the safety and compliance of our properties. Their app simplifies the management of health and safety requirements, making it easier to monitor contractor compliance in real time. This proactive approach helps us maintain a secure environment for everyone involved,” says Simi Mukherjee, PMG Head of Facilities Management.

Since its founding in 2015, Forsite has become a trusted partner for numerous large property managers in New Zealand. Their hands-on relationship management and commitment to innovation aligns with PMG’s way of doing business and ensures that we receive tailored solutions that meet our specific needs.

“The introduction of contractors now able to report minor observations, near miss or incidents has helped us enhance the safety for our contractors,” says Simi.

“Working with PMG has been an incredible opportunity for us to showcase how our technology can make a real difference in property management. Our app and web portal are designed to streamline data collection and presentation, to support property managers and service providers to maintain compliance and manage risks effectively,” says Nathan Cheeseman, Forsite CEO.

“We also offer bespoke builds and co-fund projects that deliver shared value for our clients,” says Nathan. “We’re also looking at developing future capability that will enable us to integrate data from other systems and drive even more internal efficiencies.”

“Forsite has significantly streamlined our compliance processes and improved our overall site management efficiency,” says Simi . “Their proactive approach and commitment to client-driven innovation have substantially impacted our operations.”

Our partnership with Forsite has proven invaluable in maintaining high safety standards across our properties. Their user-friendly technology and dedicated support ensure that we can provide a safe environment for our tenants, staff and visitors.

*Forsite was founded in 2015 as a technology solution to lift property management productivity whilst enhancing compliance and oversight of the health and safety of people interacting with property. PMG Group Director and CEO, Scott McKenzie is also a director of Forsite.
