Partners

At PMG, we actively engage in the oversight and strategic direction of our properties, employing a hands-on approach to enhance value and to provide high-quality spaces that meet our tenants’ evolving needs.

Our partnership with some of New Zealand’s most trusted suppliers and service providers enables us to do just that.

We’ve been partnering with Allied Security since 2023 to provide security services for Bethlehem Town Centre, which is owned by PMG Generation Fund. As one of New Zealand's leading security providers, Allied Security’s commitment to retail security goes above and beyond, and we’re excited to have them on board as we continually strive to uphold high safety standards and provide confidence and reassurance for shoppers and tenants at the Centre.

“Allied Security has been great to work with, and we’ve been very happy with their quick response times and the proactive way National Retail Security Manager Matthew Murray prioritises strategic and innovative solutions to combat retail crime,” says Lauren Todd, Bethlehem Town Centre Manager.

Through Matthew's leadership and expertise, the Allied team have adapted and implemented proven strategies that have yielded tangible results in decreasing retail crime, including anti-social behaviour, vandalism and theft.

The Bethlehem Town Centre team on site have also been working closely with Allied Security Team Member Dylan Crook and have consistently lauded his initiative and dedication to his responsibilities.

“Dylan's proactive approach to security measures has significantly contributed to fostering positive relationships with the retailers at our Centre,” says Lauren.

“We’re very proud to partner PMG Funds and appreciate their commitment to work with us to drive down retail crime and create a safe shopping environment. To date, we’ve achieved some very encouraging results, proving that the processes we’ve developed and implemented with the PMG Funds team have been highly effective. I look forward to continue developing this relationship and shared successes,” says Matthew.
