Strong leadership and continuity are critical to delivering long-term outcomes for our investors. As PMG continues to grow, we’re sharing an update to our Investor Relationships team that reflects both continuity and forward momentum.

After more than ten years with PMG, Matt McHardy will be stepping down from his role as General Manager Investor Relationships at the end of February. Matt joined PMG in April 2015 and has made a significant contribution, strengthening investor relationships and supporting the growth of our funds.

Matt has played a central role in several milestones for PMG and leaves the business in a strong position, having built a capable Investor Relationships team, helping to broaden our investor base and deepening market engagement. On behalf of our Board and team, we sincerely acknowledge Matt’s leadership, professionalism, and commitment to PMG over the past decade. We wish him every success with what comes next.

At the same time, we are pleased to share that Rory Diver has stepped into a new role as our Head of Investor Relationships, from his previous role as Investor Relationships (North Island). In this role, Rory will lead our capital raising efforts, while also continuing to foster our investor relationships alongside his team. Rory has been with PMG for more than six years and, in that time, has built a solid market reputation developing and maintaining strong investor relationships.

We also welcomed Sarah Jackson as Investor Relationships Manager for the Central North Island on 12 January. Sarah has recently returned from Sydney and brings over 15 years of experience across funds management, commercial property, and infrastructure, including investor relationship roles at Dexus and Investa.

With Rory and Sarah’s appointments, we are confident the team and business are well-positioned for PMG’s next chapter.
