Evergreen Garden Care is the tenant at 53 Truman Lane in Mount Maunganui, owned by Pacific Property Fund.
The company has tenanted the facility since its establishment in 2014, as the first purchase for the Fund. Since then, Evergreen Garden Care has scaled its business nationally, and the facility has grown alongside it.
As part of this continuous evolution, and as part of PMG’s partnership with Sunergise, Evergreen implemented a 289 kWp grid-connected solar system in 2024.
Delivered through the Sunergise SunPlus Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), the system enables Evergreen Garden Care to access renewable energy without upfront capital investment, while improving long-term cost certainty and reducing carbon emissions. Since commissioning in September 2024, the system has contributed to improved energy efficiency and strengthened operational resilience at the site.

PMG’s collaboration with Sunergise reflects a broader focus on enhancing asset performance through practical, scalable sustainability initiatives.
To date, nine solar systems have been deployed PMG-managed sites, supporting our tenants to reduce operating costs while generating clean energy on-site. This approach demonstrates how targeted improvements can deliver both operational efficiencies and long-term value.
