We’re delighted to introduce Cece Fleming as Asset Management Coordinator and Finlay Ansell-Jones as Property Coordinator, both recently joining our Auckland office.
These appointments follow promotions within our Property Management team in the latter half of last year. Cece and Finlay bring valuable skills, fresh perspectives, and experience to our growing team.
Their expertise will enhance our ability to serve you—our tenants, suppliers, and partners—while supporting the ongoing performance and success of our property portfolio. This reinforces our commitment to being a trusted and reliable property partner of choice.
Cece Fleming – Asset Management Coordinator
Cece is a highly organised and efficient operations professional with eight years of experience across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Her expertise includes road network programme delivery (Downer New Zealand – North Island), preventative maintenance (Ulti Group NZ Ltd), and asset administration (Kiwi Property).
In her role as Asset Management Coordinator, Cece plays a key part in managing critical dates, leasing administration, property onboarding, and tenant liaison. Her focus is on streamlining processes and ensuring clear, open communication, all of which contribute to enhancing the commercial performance of PMG’s portfolio.
Cece is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at AUT and provides occasional support to our Financial Analysts, showcasing her dedication to delivering value across multiple areas of our business.
Finlay Ansell-Jones – Property Coordinator
Finlay has joined PMG as our Property Coordinator, where he works closely with both the asset and facilities management teams to ensure deadlines are met and operational goals are achieved. Finlay also takes a leading role in PMG’s Toitū CarbonZero accreditation, driving our sustainability initiatives and reinforcing our commitment to environmental responsibility.
With a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, Finlay brings a strong foundation of property expertise. He joins us from KiwiRail’s property leasing team, where he gained valuable experience managing complex property requirements.
