We are currently seeking a General Manager Distribution to lead and evolve PMG’s capital strategy at an enterprise level.

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Group CEO to define where PMG competes for capital, which segments are prioritised, and how our product and capital structures continue to evolve. You will provide strategic leadership across Investor Relationships, Capital Partnerships and Marketing & Communications, working through functional leaders to ensure PMG presents a coordinated, credible and differentiated presence in the market.

Success in this role requires more than raising funds. It requires shaping sustainable capital relationships, structuring aligned partnerships, understanding shifting market flows, and translating investor needs into smarter capital solutions.

You will build durable domestic and offshore capital pipelines, strengthen adviser and institutional relationships, and ensure capital formation is aligned with portfolio deployment and performance.

Who you are

We are looking for a senior leader with deep experience across retail, wholesale and/or institutional capital markets, ideally within real assets or funds management.

You will bring strategic clarity, commercial acumen and high-level relationship credibility, balanced with execution discipline and a long-term mindset. You are values-led, resilient and comfortable operating at executive level.
