As General Manager – Property, you’ll play a critical role in driving PMG’s sustainable growth through strong delivery of Net Operating Income, asset performance, and long-term portfolio value. Reporting to the Group CEO and sitting on the Executive Team, you’ll provide strategic leadership and commercial oversight across PMG’s property portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for someone with:

• 8–10+ years’ senior experience in commercial property, asset management, or portfolio leadership.
• Proven success managing multi-asset portfolios (office, industrial, retail) and delivering NOI outcomes.
• Strong understanding of property lifecycle planning, capital planning, compliance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and confidence in complex negotiations.
• Experience leading through people leaders and developing high-performing teams.
• A relevant property or business qualification; professional certifications (PINZ, RICS, FMANZ) are advantageous.
