As Project Analyst (Fixed Term), you’ll provide analytical, project management, and operational support for a major strategic project and related funds and investor offers. This role is critical in delivering high-quality insights, supporting reporting and compliance, and enabling smooth execution of project workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Delivering timely and accurate project insights and analysis.
• Supporting forecasting, modelling, feasibility, and cost-benefit analysis for transactions and offers.
• Coordinating project plans, action logs, and risk registers.
• Preparing materials for investor communications and meetings.
• Assisting with reporting to the Executive Team, Investment Committee, and Board.
• Contributing to process improvements and future-state systems development.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, property, business, or economics.
• Experience in financial analysis, project support, or investment analysis—ideally within property or funds management.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with advanced Excel and modelling skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.

Exposure to strategic projects, investor-facing processes, or regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT, FMA guidelines) will be highly regarded.
