What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with identifying and assessing new property acquisition opportunities.
- Building relationships with market participants to ensure robust deal flow.
- Developing financial models and scenario analyses for acquisitions and divestments.
- Coordinating transaction processes, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Preparing papers for governance forums.
- Ensuring seamless onboarding of new assets and alignment with fund mandates.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in property, finance, or business.
- 3–5 years’ experience in property investment, transactions, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with investment valuation tools (e.g., Forbury) and property transactions will be highly regarded.
